Deposit, withdraw, and manage your crypto balances.
Go to Wallet, click Send on the asset you want to withdraw. Enter the destination address and amount. You'll receive a verification code by email — enter it to confirm the withdrawal. If 2FA is enabled, you'll also need your authenticator code. Withdrawals are processed on-chain and subject to network fees.
Withdrawals are broadcast to the blockchain immediately after confirmation. Typical confirmation times: Bitcoin (BTC) takes 10–60 minutes depending on the fee. USDT on supported networks typically confirms in a few minutes.
Network fees are paid to miners/validators to process your transaction on the blockchain. They are not charged by Elexa — they go directly to the network. You can see an estimated fee before confirming any withdrawal.
Deposits require a minimum number of blockchain confirmations before they're credited. For Bitcoin, this is typically 1–3 confirmations. Check the transaction on a block explorer using your transaction ID. If the transaction confirms on-chain but still doesn't appear, contact support with the TXID.
Yes. Elexa generates a wallet address for each supported cryptocurrency. You can generate new addresses at any time from the Wallet page. All addresses belonging to your account will receive funds to your balance.
