Two-factor authentication, active sessions, and keeping your account safe.
Backup codes are one-time use codes generated when you set up 2FA. If you lose access to your authenticator app or email, you can use a backup code to log in and regain access. Store them securely offline. If you've used all backup codes, contact support.
Go to Account → Security → Active sessions. You'll see all devices currently logged into your account, including browser, OS, IP address, and location. If you see a session you don't recognise, terminate it immediately and change your password.
Immediately change your password via Account → Security. Terminate all active sessions except your current one. Enable 2FA if it's not already active. Review your recent trades and wallet transactions. If you notice any unauthorised activity, open a support ticket immediately.
